STAVANGER NORWAY, Norway (AP) — STAVANGER NORWAY, Norway (AP) — Equinor ASA (EQNR) on Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $2.54 billion.

On a per-share basis, the Stavanger Norway, Norway-based company said it had profit of $1.06. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were $1.20 per share.

The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.38 per share.

The oil and gas company posted revenue of $33.19 billion in the period.
